We know that not everything always works out how it should. A perfect beach week gets ruined by rain, a vacation gets off to a slow start with a flat tire, and your beach gear gets damaged and you aren’t sure how to fix it.
We want to make it right for you with our limited lifetime warranty. If something happens to your Shibumi Chair – and it’s on us – contact us and we’ll repair or replace it for you.
If it’s something else that happens – a kid (or a flying fish) puts a hole in your fabric, you lose a cup holder for the chair – contact us, and we’ll still work with you to fix that too.

What are the carry clips used for?
Chair Clip Compatibility

✅ Two Shibumi Chairs – Compatible with two standard Shibumi Chairs. Easy to clip, easy to carry.
✅ One Shibumi Chair + One Shibumi Tall Chair – Mix and match? No problem! Works perfectly with one Tall and one standard Shibumi Chair.
❌ Two Shibumi Tall Chairs – Not compatible. The chair clip does not support two Tall Chairs due to their unique construction.
❌ Non-Shibumi Chairs – Not supported. Chair clips are designed exclusively for Shibumi Chairs and won’t fit other brands.

Shibumi Chair: AWESOME!!!
I purchased two Shibumi Chairs recently and used them this past weekend at Ocean Isle Beach. These chairs are very comfortable and made our time on the beach very enjoyable. You need to get these chairs!!!

Best Beach chairs ever!
Last night we used the 2 chairs we bought a few weeks ago for a beach picnic. Not only were the chairs super comfortable, they are a little higher than our old beach chairs. That makes a difference when you're my age!

Love these chairs!
These chairs are as amazing as the sun shades! Light enough for even an old lady to carry to carry down to the beach alone, and more comfortable than any other chair I’ve owned! Now I just wish they’d make a sun lounger! Then my beach gear would be complete :)

Great chair!

Iris AMAZING!
I am currently under the Shibumi shade in my Shibumi chair. It’s made my vacation even better. Yesterday there was little wind. The new weighted bags you can put on the corners was a godsend. I sold two Shobumis yesterday. And the new color is a hit.
