"Awesomeness!! - We are huge beach people! As it happens eventually with us all, we are getting older. We find the typically beach chairs less comfortable and more difficult to sit in for an extended period of time. These chairs are awesome! No metal bar uncomfortably positioned against lower back, easy to get in and out of, great adaptable cup holder for any type/size and thoughtful cell phone and sunglass pouch!! Will The Shibumi Chair Rust?

The Shibumi Beach Chair is designed to resist rust and corrosion significantly longer than conventional beach chairs. With stainless steel hardware and a powder coated aluminum frame, the Shibumi Beach chair is designed to hold up to a wide range of conditions, particularly the salt, sand, and sun at the beach.
Is there a Warranty on the Shibumi Chair?

We know that not everything always works out how it should.  A perfect beach week gets ruined by rain, a vacation gets off to a slow start with a flat tire, and your beach gear gets damaged and you aren’t sure how to fix it. 

We want to make it right for you with our limited lifetime warranty.  If something happens to your Shibumi Chair – and it’s on us – contact us and we’ll repair or replace it for you. 

If it’s something else that happens – a kid (or a flying fish) puts a hole in your fabric, you lose a cup holder for the chair – contact us, and we’ll still work with you to fix that too.

What are the carry clips used for?

✅ One Shibumi Chair + One Shibumi Tall Chair – Mix and match? No problem! Works perfectly with one Tall and one standard Shibumi Chair.

❌ Two Shibumi Tall Chairs – Not compatible. The chair clip does not support two Tall Chairs due to their unique construction.

❌ Non-Shibumi Chairs – Not supported. Chair clips are designed exclusively for Shibumi Chairs and won’t fit other brands.

    I absolutely love the mesh material! Nothing is worse than sitting in a wet bathing suit in southern humidity and stewing in your seat on the sand. Not with the Shibumi chair! The seat and back is breathable, allowing you to dry off and stay cool. The drink and phone holders are great to keep your necessities nearby. Pairs well with the sky Shibumi

    Finally!

    I gave this chair to my 81 yo husband on his birthday. He had trouble getting out of the low sand chairs and being tall he felt that the canvas director's chair he was using had too low of a back. Now finally it's the chair that fits his needs and holds someone of his height and weight!

    Great chairs

    Bought 2 of these chairs last year and wasn’t sure I would like sitting higher up on the beach but it was great. They recline just enough and it’s easier on the knees to get on and off. They only came with strap last year but it is fine. Bought 2 more this year and they came with 2 straps. Also like that the storage pockets are removable so you can switch sides. Highly recommend.
