"Awesomeness!! - We are huge beach people! As it happens eventually with us all, we are getting older. We find the typically beach chairs less comfortable and more difficult to sit in for an extended period of time. These chairs are awesome! No metal bar uncomfortably positioned against lower back, easy to get in and out of, great adaptable cup holder for any type/size and thoughtful cell phone and sunglass pouch!! Will The Shibumi Chair Rust?

The Shibumi Beach Chair is designed to resist rust and corrosion significantly longer than conventional beach chairs. With stainless steel hardware and a powder coated aluminum frame, the Shibumi Beach chair is designed to hold up to a wide range of conditions, particularly the salt, sand, and sun at the beach.
Is there a Warranty on the Shibumi Chair?

We know that not everything always works out how it should.  A perfect beach week gets ruined by rain, a vacation gets off to a slow start with a flat tire, and your beach gear gets damaged and you aren’t sure how to fix it. 

We want to make it right for you with our limited lifetime warranty.  If something happens to your Shibumi Chair – and it’s on us – contact us and we’ll repair or replace it for you. 

If it’s something else that happens – a kid (or a flying fish) puts a hole in your fabric, you lose a cup holder for the chair – contact us, and we’ll still work with you to fix that too.

What are the carry clips used for?

Chair Clip Compatibility

✅ Two Shibumi Chairs – Compatible with two standard Shibumi Chairs. Easy to clip, easy to carry.

✅ One Shibumi Chair + One Shibumi Tall Chair – Mix and match? No problem! Works perfectly with one Tall and one standard Shibumi Chair.

❌ Two Shibumi Tall Chairs – Not compatible. The chair clip does not support two Tall Chairs due to their unique construction.

❌ Non-Shibumi Chairs – Not supported. Chair clips are designed exclusively for Shibumi Chairs and won’t fit other brands.

    Very Nice Chairs!

    I was considering a more expensive competitor's new beach chair versus these, and I found these to be a better value. I like that these chairs sit 4 inches higher off the ground (12 inches vs 8 inches), are lighter (8 1/2 lbs vs 11 lbs), include back straps and a phone pouch, have a better warranty, and are about 1/2 the cost of the competitor. These chairs also have a higher back. The clips for carrying two chairs at a time work very well too, and are well thought out; highly recommended.

    Even tho they are expensive they have a good weight,feel like quality.Very comfortable.They replaced Tommy Bahama chairs where one broke the second year we hade it.We will only use them a couple times a year so hope these hold up better than the other brands.
