Purchases made from our website, www.shibumishade.com, are eligible for return for a full refund as follows:  

• Products may be returned up to 30 days from purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.   If received in acceptable condition within the required time frame, we will issue a refund in the full amount paid for the product.  We do not offer exchanges for returned products.
