We know that not everything always works out how it should. A perfect beach week gets ruined by rain, a vacation gets off to a slow start with a flat tire, and your beach gear gets damaged and you aren’t sure how to fix it.
We want to make it right for you with our limited lifetime warranty. If something happens to your Shibumi Chair – and it’s on us – contact us and we’ll repair or replace it for you.
If it’s something else that happens – a kid (or a flying fish) puts a hole in your fabric, you lose a cup holder for the chair – contact us, and we’ll still work with you to fix that too.

What are the carry clips used for?
Chair Clip Compatibility

✅ Two Shibumi Chairs – Compatible with two standard Shibumi Chairs. Easy to clip, easy to carry.
✅ One Shibumi Chair + One Shibumi Tall Chair – Mix and match? No problem! Works perfectly with one Tall and one standard Shibumi Chair.
❌ Two Shibumi Tall Chairs – Not compatible. The chair clip does not support two Tall Chairs due to their unique construction.
❌ Non-Shibumi Chairs – Not supported. Chair clips are designed exclusively for Shibumi Chairs and won’t fit other brands.

Tall Chair
Just received our tall chairs - we were only able to sample the regular chairs before ordering,
but we are thrilled! We have shopped around for a while for a tall chair - tried Tommy Bahama and others. You can't beat these - comfortable, sturdy, quiet (many were extremely creaky and noisy) and easy! Yes, pricey but you get what you pay for, and we go to the beach often!

Excellent quality chair.
EXCELLENT BACK-PACK BEACH CHAIR Over the years, we have had many rust-resistant back-pack beach chairs. Most have been difficult to open and close, haven't lasted long, and none have been comfortable. The Shibumi chair seems to be the answer.
QUALITY OPERATION - opening and closing the chair is very smooth. Easily adjusts to different seating positions.
The Shibumi chair is SURPRISINGLY COMFORTABLE and the back on the chair a bit higher for resting your head. It has breathable fabric that doesn't hold the sand. and comfortable cushioned back-pack straps.
It is LIGHTER than many back-pack chairs that can support 300 lbs.
The powder coating appears it will resist the rust and provides a nice aesthetic. The powder coating is an attractive white sand color. I was pleasantly surprised that it is not the harsher bright white it appears in some of the pictures. Also, the chair does NOT have wooden handles that attract mildew --a PLUS!
EXCELLENT QUALITY CHAIR. I am impressed!
Suggested improvements -- offer it in navy for a more classic look?
