Is there a Warranty on the Shibumi Chair?

We know that not everything always works out how it should. A perfect beach week gets ruined by rain, a vacation gets off to a slow start with a flat tire, and your beach gear gets damaged and you aren’t sure how to fix it.
We want to make it right for you with our limited lifetime warranty. If something happens to your Shibumi Chair – and it’s on us – contact us and we’ll repair or replace it for you.
If it’s something else that happens – a kid (or a flying fish) puts a hole in your fabric, you lose a cup holder for the chair – contact us, and we’ll still work with you to fix that too.

What are the carry clips used for?
Chair Clip Compatibility

✅ Two Shibumi Chairs – Compatible with two standard Shibumi Chairs. Easy to clip, easy to carry.
✅ One Shibumi Chair + One Shibumi Tall Chair – Mix and match? No problem! Works perfectly with one Tall and one standard Shibumi Chair.
❌ Two Shibumi Tall Chairs – Not compatible. The chair clip does not support two Tall Chairs due to their unique construction.
❌ Non-Shibumi Chairs – Not supported. Chair clips are designed exclusively for Shibumi Chairs and won’t fit other brands.

Iris AMAZING!
I am currently under the Shibumi shade in my Shibumi chair. It’s made my vacation even better. Yesterday there was little wind. The new weighted bags you can put on the corners was a godsend. I sold two Shobumis yesterday. And the new color is a hit.

New 17” Shibumi chair
Being a 70 yo man living at the beach the 17” chair is wonderful. The 12” chair is a little hard for some of us old folks to get out of so the 17” chair is perfect. It’s very comfortable !!

Love this chair
I had an amazing experience with Customer Service. My chair had a slight flaw in it. I let Shibumi know about it and before I went a weekend without my chair, I already had a brand new one delivered.
