An ultra comfortable DreamWave™ fabric is suspended on a marine grade aluminum frame without the usual uncomfortable bars disturbing your extended nap. Choose freely from four different recline positions. When you wake up refreshed the chair folds down thin and carries easily on your back with padded backpack style straps. Will The Shibumi Chair Rust?
The Shibumi Beach Chair is designed to resist rust and corrosion significantly longer than conventional beach chairs. With stainless steel hardware and a powder coated aluminum frame, the Shibumi Beach chair is designed to hold up to a wide range of conditions, particularly the salt, sand, and sun at the beach.
Is there a Warranty on the Shibumi Chair?
We know that not everything always works out how it should. A perfect beach week gets ruined by rain, a vacation gets off to a slow start with a flat tire, and your beach gear gets damaged and you aren’t sure how to fix it.
We want to make it right for you with our limited lifetime warranty. If something happens to your Shibumi Chair – and it’s on us – contact us and we’ll repair or replace it for you.
If it’s something else that happens – a kid (or a flying fish) puts a hole in your fabric, you lose a cup holder for the chair – contact us, and we’ll still work with you to fix that too.

✅ One Shibumi Chair + One Shibumi Tall Chair – Mix and match? No problem! Works perfectly with one Tall and one standard Shibumi Chair.
❌ Two Shibumi Tall Chairs – Not compatible. The chair clip does not support two Tall Chairs due to their unique construction.
❌ Non-Shibumi Chairs – Not supported. Chair clips are designed exclusively for Shibumi Chairs and won’t fit other brands.

This beach chair is a standout! Comfy for legs & neck! I’m 6’3” 185lbs & very critical of what I sit on at the beach. Lightweight & sturdy! One note would be the lack of a reasonably sized cup holder! Too small for anything but a bottle of H2O! If this is not the case then they would not offer a XL sized cup holder for $25 bucks. After thoughts of what should’ve been at the forefront like the rest of the chair! I’m aware of the company’s history of investment of what people use & they just missed this one! The XL should be sent out either as a consolation to any original purchaser! My thoughts are good will may go a long way.
