We know that not everything always works out how it should. A perfect beach week gets ruined by rain, a vacation gets off to a slow start with a flat tire, and your beach gear gets damaged and you aren’t sure how to fix it.
We want to make it right for you with our limited lifetime warranty. If something happens to your Shibumi Chair – and it’s on us – contact us and we’ll repair or replace it for you.
If it’s something else that happens – a kid (or a flying fish) puts a hole in your fabric, you lose a cup holder for the chair – contact us, and we’ll still work with you to fix that too.

Great beach chair
Just received 2 chairs two weeks ago and very pleased with the quality of chair including lightness, comfort, easy to fold, recline, phone and drink holders, and adjustable back pack straps. Great seat materials for the beach on hot days. Shipped for free in less than 3 days. Only downside is so light must be careful on a windy day they don’t take flight. Big upgrade from all the beach chairs we have tried and we walk to the beach from our home. A bit expensive but we use them a lot, and looks like they will last.

Amazingly Comfortable
I have had my Shibumi shade since 2017 and absolutely love it! I was a bit skeptical when I first saw the chair, but I am so glad I ordered one! Hands down the most comfortable beach chair I have owned. It isn't only for the beach, I also used it to watch a high school baseball game! Just like the Shibumi shade, people approached me about the chair, sat in it and intend to buy one themselves. Thank you, Shibumi, for making the most amazing products! I am ready for beach season here in Maryland so that I can use it more often!

Shibumi with wind assist and the Shibumi chair.
This chair is the MOST comfortable chair I have ever bought. Looking forward to many years of relaxing by the ocean. I also have a new Shibumi with wind assist and it is awesome. It really, really works!

The last beach chairs we should ever have to buy!
We absolutely love our new Shibumi chairs!! They’re lightweight, well crafted, and so comfortable!! No painful leg or head bars. After replacing our beach chairs every year, these should be the last ones we have to buy!

love these chairs
i'm a big fan of my shibumi shade which is 6 years old and good as new, even if it has faded a bit from the lovely original turquoise, so i bought 2 of these and then i threw out all the old rickety ones that i've used for 2. these are sturdier than any i've purchased in the past 10 years. i'm ordering 2 more when they offer a higher seat model, which i have been told are in the works!!!!

Purchased 2 chair
We already had the Large Shibumi so after much research on beach chairs and how they were made we decided to purchase these chairs So glad we did and we believe they will stand up to our sandy beaches and salt water . The cheap wants we had purchased just don’t seem to last . So far these are very comfortable with the 4 positions. Very impressed with the fabric as well.Higgly recommend
